Suara.com - Ketua Komisi Komunikasi dan Edukasi Badan Perlindungan Konsumen Nasional (BPKN) Heru Sutadi mengatakan Apple harus mematuhi aturan yang berlaku jika ingin masuk ke Indonesia. Dalam sebuah diskusi di Jakarta, Kamis 5 Desember 2024, Heru mengatakan konsumen memiliki hak-hak dasar atas suatu produk atau layanan. Misalnya mendapatkan informasi yang lengkap, berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. "Apple harus mematuhi UU Perlindungan Konsumen supaya memberikan equal playing field (kesetaraan)," kata Heru.
